The Central Region Addiction Resource Center will host the second annual Stomp Out Stigma day at the Great New York State Fair Friday, Aug. 30, 2019, a celebration of recovery and hope.
Along with art activities for kids and adults, there will be opportunities to learn about the resources available in Central New York, including chances to speak directly with addiction resource providers.
We will recognize those who lost their lives to addiction during a remembrance lantern vigil on the lake, and we will celebrate and be inspired by the stories of others, which we will hear through the Stories of Hope campaign.
