July 19, 2019

  • Ivan C. Dawley, 22, of 225 Farrier Ave., Oneida, was charged with second-degree harassment and endangering the welfare of a child. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and released on his own recognizance.
  • Eric D. Howe, 22, of 7066 Verna Dr., Canastota, was charged with failure to yield when entering the roadway, unlicensed operator and two counts of second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.
  • Dylan J. Comfort, 25, of the Madison County Jail, was charged with second-degree criminal contempt.

July 20, 2019

  • Joseph L. Ressegger, 39, of 321 Williams St., Oneida, was charged with illegal signal, failure to stop at a stop sign, first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, refusal to take a breath test, driving while intoxicated and failure to obey a police officer. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and released on his own recognizance.

July 21, 2019

  • Devin J. McDonald, 21, of 210 Almond St., Oneida, was charged with petit larceny and third-degree criminal mischief.

July 22, 2019

  • Tami D. Balamut, 49, of 115 Madison St., Oneida, was charged with petit larceny.

July 23, 2019

  • A 10-year-old Oneida male was summoned to appear at Madison County Probation regarding a petit larceny.
  • Dylan F. Schultz, 25, of 448 E. Walnut St., Oneida, was charged with unlicensed operator, suspended registration and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operator.

July 24, 2019

  • Jerry L. Durr, 61, of 370 Lenox Ave., Oneida, was charged with third-degree criminal mischief.
  • A 10-year-old Oneida male was summoned to Madison County Probation regarding a petit larceny and fourth-degree criminal mischief.
  • A 13-year-old Canastota male was summoned to Madison County Probation regarding a charge of endangering the welfare of a child.

July 25, 2019

  • Thomas J. Molinari, 35, of 242 Genesee St., Canastota, was issued a criminal summons for second-degree harassment.

July 26, 2019

  • Scott E. Fletcher, 42, of 218 Broad St., Oneida, was charged with petit larceny.

July 28, 2019

  • Tyler M. Atkinson, 20, of 637 Fitch St., Oneida, was charged with failure to keep right, second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and unlawful possession of marihuana.

July 29, 2019

  • Shane J. Thornton, 40, of 225 Farrier Ave., Oneida, was charged with disorderly conduct.
  • Marjorie A. Joslyn, 53, of 220 Sherman St., Oneida, was charged with disorderly conduct.
  • Scott J. Thornton, 49, of 225 Farrier Ave., Oneida, was charged with public lewdness.
  • Megan L. Barrett, 21, of 4206 Verona St., Vernon, was charged with operating without lights, operation without an interlock device where required, driving while intoxicated (felony) and operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 blood alcohol content or greater (felony).
  • A 12-year-old male from Oneida was summoned to Madison County Probation regarding a charge of petit larceny.

July 30, 2019

  • Trent R. Winn, 64, of 365 Floyd Ave., Rome, was charged with no seatbelt and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

July 31, 2019

  • Scott L. Maiura, 25, of 126 Belleview Dr., Canastota, was charged with speed in zone, unlicensed operator and second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.
  • Alexzander L. Gadson, 27, of 216 Markland St., Syracuse, was charged with inadequate stop lamps, unlicensed operator and second-degree aggravated unlicensed operator.
  • Michael J. Sanderson, 53, of 1511 N. Salina St., Syracuse, was charged with operating a motor vehicle while using a mobile phone and second-degree aggravated unlicensed operator.
  • Steven W. Mackay, 23, of 148 Madison St., Oneida, was charged with second-degree menacing.
