- Brandon M. Crouth, 33, 103 Glen Road S, Rome, was charged with unlicensed operator, operating with a suspended registration, uninsured motor vehicle and aggravated unlicensed operator in the 2nd degree.
- Kathryn M. Lesswing, 39, 150 Madison St., Oneida, was charged with 2 counts of petit larceny and 2 counts of criminal possession of a forged instrument in the 3rd degree.

- Jemel S. Williams, 40, 236 Liberty St., Oneida, was charged with harassment in the 2nd degree, criminal contempt in the 2nd degree, criminal contempt in the 1st degree and endangering the welfare of a child. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and remanded without bail.
- Donald J. Bloss, 61, 105 N. Broad St., Oneida, was charged with inadequate stop lamps, uninspected motor vehicle, uninsured motor vehicle, failure to stop at a stop sign, aggravated unlicensed operator in the 3rd degree and failure to obey a police officer.
- Joseph S. Everspaugh Sr., 52, 146 Main St., Oneida, was charged with criminal possession of a forged instrument in the first degree. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and remanded without bail.

- James E. Nystrom, 41, 303 W. Elm St., Oneida, was charged with two (2) separate counts of trespass.
- Kassandra L. Fisher, 25, 603 Oakwood St., Rome, was charged with operating a motor vehicle while using a portable electronic device, unlicensed operator, failure to notify DMV of an address change and aggravated unlicensed operator in the 3rd degree.
- Clifford J. Collins II, 33, 235 Broad St., Oneida, was charged with two (2) counts of endangering the welfare of a child and criminal obstruction of breathing.
- William D. Streator Jr., 20, 120 N. Warner St., Oneida, was charged with criminal mischief in the 3rd degree. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and released on his own recognizance.
- Stephen G. Jardieu, 36, 465 Trenton Ave., Utica, was arrested on a bench warrant alleging that he failed to appear on an original charge of criminal possession of stolen property in the 5th degree. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and remanded in lieu of bail.
- Zachary T. Coonrod, 26, 264 N. Lake St., Oneida, was arrested on an arrest warrant charging him with forgery in the 3rd degree, grand larceny in the 4th degree, and falsifying business records in the 1st degree. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and released on his own recognizance.
- Jeffery S. Tharp, 48, 2007 Genesee St., Oneida, was arrested on an arrest warrant charging him with forgery in the 3rd degree, grand larceny in the 4th degree, and falsifying business records in the 1st degree. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and released on his own recognizance.

- Matthew J. Servedio, 31, 151 Lebanon St., Hamilton, was arrested on a bench warrant alleging that he failed to appear on a petit larceny charge. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and remanded in lieu of $500 cash or a $1,000 bond. He was also charged with two counts of criminal possession of a control substance in the 7th degree.
