Adults of all ages are invited to the New Woodstock Free Library for a new series of programs beginning Tuesday, Oct. 1, 2019. Each Tuesday at 7 p.m. a different activity will be offered to the public to encourage community members to de-stress, have fun, and make new friends. All events are free and no sign-up is required, unless otherwise noted.

The October schedule of Tuesday Night Out is as follows:
Tuesday, Oct. 8 at 7 p.m. – Game Night – Choose from a variety of board and card games that the library has to offer. Play an old classic or learn something new, the choice is up to you.

Tuesday, Oct. 15 at 7 p.m. – Book Group – Come discuss the novel The Other Einstein by Marie Benedict. Although sign-up is not required, please call 315-662-3134 or email newwoodstock@midyork.org to reserve your copy of each month’s book.

Tuesday, Oct. 22 at 7 p.m. – Tea Party – Bring your favorite dainty cup or sturdy mug and relax over a hot cup of tea and lively conversation. A selection of caffeinated and decaffeinated teas will be provided.

Tuesday, Oct. 29 at 7 p.m. – Book Buzz – Unlike a traditional book club, this event is a chance to talk about anything and everything you’ve been reading and what books you’re looking forward to in the future. Share your book picks with others and get suggestions in return.

For more information about these programs, contact Renee Beardsley at the New Woodstock Free Library at 315.662.3134 or email Heather Elia at heatherelia@twc.com.
