State police are investigating a crash that occurred Tuesday evening on Brewerton Road in Clay.
On Oct. 29, 2019, at approximately 7:15 p.m., a 2012 Kawasaki motorcycle, operated by Craig M. Eberle, 25, of Cicero, was northbound on Brewerton Road when he struck the rear of a 2013 Mazda CX7, operated by Cary M. Bustin, 55, of Clay.
Eberle was ejected upon impact. He was transported by ambulance to SUNY Upstate Medical University in serious condition.
Bustin and a 12-year-old passenger were not injured in the crash.
The investigation continues.
