  • Kathryn M. Lesswing, 39, 150 Madison St., Oneida was charged with criminal sale of a controlled substance in the 5th degree. She was arraigned in Oneida City Court and remanded in lieu of $1000 cash or $3000 bond.

  • Julie M. Lynch, 39, 146 Cedar St., Sherrill, was charged with speed in zone and aggravated unlicensed operator in the 3rd degree.
  • Kristie L. Hudson, 49, 401 Cleveland Ave., Oneida, was arrested on an arrest warrant charging her with inadequate exhaust, inadequate stop lamps and aggravated unlicensed operator in the 3rd degree. She was arraigned in Oneida City Court and released on her own recognizance.

  • Zachary M. Hembach, 22, 5338 Canal Rd., Durhamville, was charged with inadequate headlights and aggravated unlicensed operator in the 3rd degree.
  • Michael J. Bartell, 54, 158 ½ Prospect St., Sherrill, was charged with failure to use designated lane and aggravated unlicensed operator in the 3rd degree.

  • Arthur S. Thurston, 41, 300 Miles Ave., Fayetteville, was charged with insufficient tail lamps, unlicensed operator and aggravated unlicensed operator in the 2nd degree.
  • Amaya E. Cantero, 20, 819 W. 180th St., NY, NY, was charged with petit larceny.

  • Michael W. Reaume, 39,, 7171 Old County Rd., Canastota, was charged with uninspected motor vehicle, failure to stop for a stop sign and aggravated unlicensed operator in the 3rd degree.
  • Shania M. Harmon, 23, 529 Tilden Ave., Oneida, was charged with failure to stop at a stop sign, unlicensed operator and aggravated unlicensed operator in the 3rd degree.

  • John A. Farnham Jr., 37, 303 N. Lake St., Oneida, was charged with petit larceny.

Nov. 21, 2019

  • A 13 year old Oneida male was summoned to Madison County Probation to answer allegations of criminal mischief in the 4th degree, harassment in the 2nd degree and resisting arrest.
  • Adrianne L. Wagoner, 36, 102 N. Main St., Oneida was charged with inadequate exhaust, uninspected motor vehicle, unlicensed operator, aggravated unlicensed operator in the 2nd degree, unlawful possession of marihuana and criminal possession of a controlled substance in the 7th degree.
