Madison County man arrested on sex abuse charges
On Nov. 13, 2019, state police arrested Donald L. Whitmore, 47, of Morrisville, for first-degree sexual abuse, a class D felony; and endangering the welfare of a child, a class A misdemeanor.
Whitmore was charged with having sexual contact with a child under the age of seven on several dates in 2019 inside a residence in the town of Eaton.
Whitmore was arraigned in Eaton Town Court and released on his own recognizance. He was scheduled to return to court Jan. 21, 2020.
