Madison County Sheriff’s Office releases information on multiple arrests
On Feb. 14, 2020, at 8:37 a.m., deputies with the Madison County Sheriff’s Office responded to 2929 Lyons Road, Cazenovia, for a domestic dispute. Steven Rogers, 51, of Cazenovia, was charged with criminal obstruction of breathing, a class A misdemeanor.
On Feb. 15, 4:30 p.m., deputies initiated a traffic stop on a speeding vehicle on Cedar Street in Morrisville. Kirkland Feeney, 22, of North Tonawanda, was issued a traffic ticket and charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation.
On Feb. 19, 2020, at 3:01 a.m., deputies responded to a motor vehicle accident on State Route 13 in Lenox. Carey Hewitt, 31, of Oneida, was issued traffic tickets and charged with driving while intoxicated.
All were released on their own recognizance.
