Mateo (aka Tater-tot) is a sweet 3 year old boy who loves attention and some fun! He’s been here at the shelter for a few months now. His shelter friends call him a “sweet man” all of the time. They also say that he has an amazing amount of potential – he would just need an experienced owner to help refine his great skills and qualities. He needs an owner who understands a dog like him, a strong boy who needs to release some energy by going for walks and playing a good game of TUG-O-WAR! He loves to play but he’s still working on playing gentle, he would just need someone with patience and guidance to help him out. Even though he loves to play, he also LOVES getting in some cuddle time while having a conversation or two!! His future family can consist of older kids and no other animals. Come down to the shelter, talk to the staff about him a little and ask to meet him. He would be a great-new addition to the right family!

Jasmine is a lovely, 2 year old tiger kitty ready to spend the rest of her days curled up on your couch. Jasmine could be friends with another kitty in your home if you have one that is sweet like she is and who enjoys playing and visiting. Jasmine would make anyone a great companion and is excited for you to make an appointment to meet her today! See you soon!

Hey everyone, meet Bella she is your typical cute and sweet mix! She  was brought here in April as a stray so she hasn’t been at the shelter for too long. When she first arrived here she was very shy, nervous of loud noises, other dogs and new people. She’s still shy meeting new people but don’t let that stop you from meeting! If you give her snuggles & a few treats outside away from the chaos of the shelter, She’ll definitely become your best friend! The kennel staff here thinks she would do best in a home with children 8 & up. Though she has a male neighbor who she’s friends with she is quite dog selective, but she tends to gravitate towards calm male dogs but the staff does believe she would flourish best as the only pet in the home. She has not been cat tested yet but that can be done if you have a kitty! Call the shelter and ask how to spend some time with her, you may fall in love!

Misty is a shy and gentle girl who would like to find a quiet home to settle in. Misty was brought in by a kind citizen who didn’t want her to be cold and lonely in our NY winter. She enjoys finding a peaceful place to curl up in to pass the day away, watch the other kitties, get pets from staff and mind her own business. A best home for her would be one without young children and without dogs. Fill out an application today so we can make you an appointment to meet our gentle girl. See you soon!
