New York State Police Blotter

(Sylvan Beach, NY – July 2012) The State Police in Sylvan Beach are asking for the public’s assistance in locating the owner of a water skiing board.  The board, which has a pair of boots attached to it, was left at the Sylvan Beach station on July 18.  The owner or anyone with information about the owner is asked to call the State Police at 315.762.4441.

Found Canoe

On July 27, employees from the Sylvan Beach DPW turned in a canoe to the State Police in Sylvan Beach.  The canoe had been washed ashore on the beach front for several days prior to being turned in.  The owner or anyone with information about the owner is asked to call the State police at 315.762.4441.
