(Hamilton, NY – Sept. 2012) Rotary District 7150 (Central New York) is seeking four outstanding young professionals to visit Victoria State, Australia (Melbourne), for four weeks as part of a Group Study Exchange program sponsored by The Rotary Foundation of Rotary International.
The visit will take place from March 24 to April 20.
Team members will have their travel costs paid for by The Rotary Foundation, and Australian Rotarians will provide lodging, meals and local transportation during the visit. Team members will be required to pay for their own passports, visas, travel insurance and incidental expenses.
Those selected for the program will spend one to two days per week during the exchange with professional counterparts in Australia. There will also be ample opportunity for sightseeing, cultural and social activities. To apply, you must be a U.S. citizen between 25 and 40 years old and currently employed full-time in a business or profession; you must reside in or be employed in our Rotary District 7150 (Central New York); and you must have the permission of your employer to take the time off for this exchange.
