(Oneida, NY – Oct. 9, 2012) Oneida City Police are investigating the theft of two off road vehicles from a Genesee Street residence that occurred between Oct. 5 and 6.
Taken was a blue 99 Yamaha 80cc dirtbike, a 2005 blue Yamaha four-wheel all-terrain vehicle and a blue and black full face motorcycle helmet.

A 17-year-old and a 16-year-old resident of Madison Street, Oneida were issued appearance tickets Oct. 5 to appear in Oneida City Court Oct. 12 to answer a charge of Disorderly Conduct.

Paul M. Mathews, 32, of N. Main Street, Oneida was issued a criminal summons Oct. 5 to appear in Oneida City Court Oct. 12 to answer a charge of third-degree Assault. Mathews is alleged to have repeatedly punched another person in the face and head causing the victim to suffer a fracture in the eye area.
Emily L. Joslyn, 18, of Main Street, Oneida was issued a criminal summons Oct. 5 to appear in Oneida City Court Oct. 12 to answer a charge of second-degree Harassment. She is alleged to have pushed and slapped another person.
Jon A. Colburn, 25, of MacArthur Parkway, Oneida was arrested Oct. 5 on a charge of second-degree Burglary, a class C Felony. He is alleged to have unlawfully entered a Lexington Avenue residence and stole property. He was issued a criminal summons on a charge of fourth-degree Criminal Mischief for allegedly damaging property of another while fleeing from a burglary on Sept. 30. He will answer the charges at a later date.
