We are having fun in the jungle Friday, Oct. 19, at 6:30 p.m. Join us as we learn about the rain forest animals and we celebrate World Rainforest Week.

Come learn Tai Chi Chuan with Morrisville State College Professor William S. Snyder Monday, Oct. 22, at 6:30 p.m. He will be doing this class for free every Monday, so, teens and adults, this is your chance to learn this and have fun. If you cannot make that day, he will be at the library again Monday, Oct. 29.
Kiddies Korner, will meet again Tuesday, Oct. 23, at 9:30 a.m. for a visit with Smokey Bear. Bring your toddler or preschool child in for stories and more. If you can’t make that day, join us Oct. 30 to celebrate Halloween.
Join us for our annual Halloween Party Friday, Oct. 26, at 6:30 p.m. Wear your costumes and join us for a spooky celebration. We will not only announce the winner of the pumpkin coloring contest, but play fun games and make cool crafts, too.
Join us as we celebrate National Author’s Day Friday, Nov. 2, at 6:30 p.m. Enjoy some snacks as we write our own group story.
Our next book talk will be Friday, Nov. 9, at 12:15 p.m. The book being discussed this month is Susan Vreeland’s Clara & Mr. Tiffany. Bring your lunch and join in the discussion. Copies can be picked up now.
Michelle Rounds is library manager for the Morrisville Public Library. The library is open Monday, Wednesday and Friday from noon to 8 p.m., Tuesday and Thursday from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
November Programs Scheduled
The following programs have been scheduled in Nov. at the Morrisville Public Library.
Closures: We will be closed Monday, Nov. 12 in observation of Veteran’s Day and Nov. 22-24 for the Thanksgiving holiday.
National Author’s Day: Join us Friday, Nov. 2 at 6:30pm to celebrate National Author’s Day. Enjoy some snacks as we write our own group story!

Tai Chi Chuan Class: Come learn Tai Chi Chuan with instructor Bill Snyder. Classes will be held Mondays, Nov. 5, 19, and 26 from 6:30pm-8pm.

America Recycles Day: Come join us Friday, Nov. 16 at 6:30pm and celebrate America Recycles Day. Learn about recycling and how it can make our community a cleaner and more beautiful place!

Zoomobile: Join us Wednesday, Nov. 21 at 1:00pm when the Utica Zoo brings a few of their animals for us to see, learn about, and even touch!

Movie Night: Join us for popcorn and the film, Arthur Christmas, on Friday, Nov. 30 at 6:00pm. This Christmas film isn’t about an aardvark, but Santa, his dysfunctional family and a Christmas in jeopardy. Start the holiday season by bringing the family to see this creative, comical film with us!
