(Hamilton, NY – Jan. 2013) A reminder, that we will be adjusting our hours of operation for the holidays. The library will be closing early at 4 p.m. Dec. 31, and closed all day Tuesday, Jan. 1. Our regular hours and weekly story time will resume Tuesday, Jan. 8.
Thinking of making a healthy New Year’s Resolution? You might like to attend a health and wellness program presented by Dr. Nanci Knox, D.C. She will explain how our past and current diets cause nutritional deficiencies and organ dysfunction, thus leading to various health issues.
Learn how nutritional analysis assesses how well a body is currently functioning, as well as what nutritional deficiencies it has. Then hear about ways you can help your body to heal itself. This program will be held Wednesday, Jan. 16, at 7 p.m. in the Community Room. Please call or stop by the library to sign up in advance, if you would like to attend.
