Young Mother Succumbs to Small Cell Lung Cancer
(Stockbridge, NY – March 2013) The family and friends of Dawn Kiehn, who lost her battle Friday with small cell lung cancer, are hosting a benefit for the family at 1 p.m. March 23 at the Munnsville American Legion Post No. 54.
Kiehn leaves behind a daughter, Lyra, 6, who attends Stockbridge Valley Central School.
Adult single tickets are $20, couples are $35, children 13 to 18 are $15, children 6 to 12 are $10 and children under 5 are free. There will be food, music, raffles, fun and more.
Proceeds are hoped to offset the costs incurred by the family.
