To the Editor:
(Chittenango, NY – March 2013) Senior citizens in our community, you are invited to CrossRoads Community Church to watch a movie called, “The Robe.” The Robe is a 1953 American Biblical epic film that tells the story of a Roman military tribune who commands the unit that crucifies Jesus.
The leading actors are Victor Mature, Richard Burton, Jean Simmons, Jay Robinson and Michael Rennie. It will be shown Wednesday, March 20, at 1 p.m. in our church building.
It is 128 minutes long.
We will provide refreshments after the movie. This is a free event for anyone in the community who would like to attend, so invite a friend.
There is also an elevator for those in need of assistance.
We are located at 1751 Fyler Road, Chittenango. Parking is available in the church parking lot and across the street at the town offices.
