(Morrisville, NY – March 2013) Free Tax Prep for Seniors: RSVP with the support of the Morrisville Public Library will offer free income tax preparation for seniors 60 years and older. RSVP volunteers will be providing free income tax services until April 15. Volunteers are certified by the IRS to complete your tax forms. Call RSVP at 315.684.3001 ext. 100 to sign up for your appointment to have your tax returns filed free of charge.

Faces of Madison County: Join Madison County Historian, Matt Urtz, for his three-part series on Madison County. Hear the first part, The Faces of Madison County, Friday, April 12, at 6:30 p.m. Urtz will focus on former residents of Madison County who impacted American history in positive ways.
From politicians and social leaders to entrepreneurs and scientists, Madison County residents have helped shape America as we know it today. This talk will feature photographs and the stories of some of the most influential residents Madison County has ever known. Join us next month for his talk on “Lost Industries of Madison County.”
