(Marcy, NY – April 2013) Leadership Mohawk Valley’s (LMV) 23rd annual Graduation will take place at noon on Wednesday, May 15, in the SUNYIT Wildcat Field House.
Also on that day, LMV will host its 7th annual Nonprofit Showcase, providing an opportunity for area organizations to showcase their organizations while promoting volunteer opportunities and/or board positions they have available.
Leadership Mohawk Valley is a 10-month professional development program that builds greater community leadership, civic responsibility, and community trusteeship. In addition, class members are placed into small teams and given carefully selected community projects to work on throughout the ten-month program. The program concludes with group project presentations and a graduation ceremony.
