Oneida police patch(Oneida, NY – Sept. 3, 2013) Daniel Gonzalez, 29, of N. Main Street, Oneida was charged Aug. 29 with Disorderly Conduct. He was to appear in court Aug. 30.

Jonathan M. Billings, 27, of Jenkins Street, Oneida was charged Aug. 29 with Petit Larceny. He is alleged to have stolen merchandise from WalMart. He is to appear Sept. 13.

Ryan J. Baker, 20, of N. Madison Street, Rome was arrested Aug. 30 on charges of Driving While Intoxicated, Operating with a BAC of .08 of one percent or more of alcohol and Speed in zone. He is to appear Sept. 6.

Jacquline R. Sheridan, 50, of N. Main Street,  Oneida was issued a criminal summons Aug. 29 to appear in Oneida City Court Sept. 13 to answer a charge of second-degree Criminal Contempt and second-degree Harassment. She is alleged to have violated a court order.

Daniel Gonzalez, 29, of N. Main Street, Oneida was arrested Aug. 29  on charges of second-degree Burglary, a class C Felony and Petit Larceny. Gonzalez is alleged to have unlawfully entered a W. Elm Street residence and stole property including two flat screen TV’s and a VCR/DVD Unit. Stolen property was recovered by police. Gonzalez was arraigned and committed to Madison County Jail in lieu of bail set at $25,000 cash or $50,000 bond and was scheduled to appear Aug. 30.

Paul M. Mathews, 33, of N. Main Street, Oneida was charged Sept. 2 with fourth-degree Criminal Mischief for allegedly intentionally damaging another person’s property. He is to appear Sept. 6.

Jennifer M. Williams, 32, of Lenox Avenue, Oneida was arrested Sept. 2 on the following charges; Disorderly Conduct, two counts of second-degree Harassment and Resisting Arrest. Williams is alleged to have, after being arrested for Disorderly Conduct, to have resisted arrest by attempting to pull away from police officers, push, kick and bite officers before being taken into custody. She was arraigned and committed to Madison County Jail in lieu of $1,000 to appear Sept. 6.

John D. Smith, 36, of Canal Street, Durhamville was charged Sept. 3  with second-degree Aggravated Unlicensed Operation and Operating out of Interlock Restriction. He is to appear Sept. 13.

Joshua F. Stoddard, 27, of Roher Road, Morrisville was charged Sept. 3 with second-degree Aggravated Unlicensed Operation and no seatbelt. He posted $200 station bail and is to appear Sept. 6.

John A. Farnham 2nd,  31, no address available was arrested Sept. 1 on a Bench Warrant for allegedly failing to appear in court on two counts of Disorderly Conduct and Possession of Open Container of Alcohol in Public. He was arraigned and committed to Madison County Jail in lieu of bail set at $500 cash or $1,000 bond to appear Sept. 6.

Curtiss W. Cotton Jr., 28, of Arthur Jenkins Road, Canastota was arrested Aug. 30 on a charge of third-degree Assault. He was arraigned and committed to Madison County Jail in lieu of bail set at $1,000 to appear Sept. 6.
