Oneida police patch(Oneida, NY ā€“ Nov. 2013) Richard J. Vannucci, 38, of N. Main Street, Oneida was arrested Nov. 10 on the following charges; third-degree Criminal Trespass, Resisting Arrest, Disorderly Conduct and Possession of Open Container of Alcohol in Public. Vannucci is alleged to have unlawfully entered an establishment after he was previously advised to stay out. He was arraigned and committed to Madison County Jail in lieu of bail set at $500 cash or $1,000 bond to appear Nov. 15.

Allison M. Waldron, 20, of Brown Road, Munnsville was charged Nov. 11 with Petit Larceny. She is alleged to have stolen merchandise from Wal Mart. She is to appear Nov. 22.

Theresa M. Harvey, 24, of N. Warner Street, Oneida was charged Nov. 8 with Petit Larceny. She is alleged to have stolen merchandise from Wal Mart. She is to appear Dec. 6.

Amanda C. Cronin, 29, of N. Peterboro Street, Canastota was arrested Nov. 11 on the following charges; Driving While Intoxicated, first-degree Aggravated Unlicensed Operation, a class E Felony, Unlawful possession of marijuana, Illegal window tint and Insufficient turn signal. She was arraigned and committed to Madison County Jail in lieu of bail set at $2,500 to appear Nov. 15.

Samantha C. Bartlett, 21, of N. Lake Street, Oneida was arrested Nov. 10 on the following charges; Driving While Intoxicated, Operating with a BAC of .08 of one percent or more of alcohol, third-degree Aggravated Unlicensed Operation, Operating in violation of restriction and Failed to stop before entering a roadway. She is to appear Nov. 15.

Willie B. Wilson Jr., 26, of Mill Street, Vernon was charged Nov. 8 with Illegal window tint and Unlawful possession of marijuana. He is to appear Nov. 19.

Timothy C. Dunn, 26, of Tyler Road, Bridgeport was charged Nov. 10 with second-degree Aggravated Unlicensed Operation, Failure to keep right and Failure to dim headlights. He is to appear Nov. 22.

Trevor L. Showalter, 24, of W. Elm Street, Oneida was arrested Nov. 11 on the following charges; second-degree Strangulation, a class D Felony, second-degree Unlawful Imprisonment and second-degree Aggravated Harassment. Showalter is alleged to have applied pressure on the throat and neck of a female victim causing her to lose consciousness and to have struck her in the face with a closed fist causing contusions to the face. He was arraigned and committed to Madison County Jail in lieu of bail set at $250 cash or $500 bond to appear Nov. 15.

Justin T. Bender, 25, of Madison Street, Oneida was issued a criminal summons Nov. 11 to appear in Oneida City Court Nov. 22 to answer a charge of Petit Larceny. He is alleged to have stolen merchandise from Dollar General.
