(Wampsville, NY – Nov. 2013) Madison County’s final rabies vaccination clinics for dogs, cats and ferrets will be ending Saturday, Dec. 7. Public Health Law requires these animals to be vaccinated by the time they are 4 months old. Vaccinating your pet from the rabies virus protects the public and other animals. All animals at the clinics must be on appropriate leashes or in carriers.

A voluntary $5 donation per pet is requested.

The entire rabies clinic schedule can be found at www.healthymadisoncounty.org. You can make online appointments online or call the Environmental Health Division at 315.366.2526 to make an appointment at any of the clinics.
