On Saturday, June 4, at 9:32 p.m., State Police stopped a vehicle on Great Bear Road in the Town of Volney for multiple vehicle and traffic law violations. The operator, Brian M. Stuhltrager, 28, of Fulton, was found to be operating with a suspended license.
Further investigation determined Stuhltrager was operating under the influence of alcohol. He was charged with driving while ability impaired, a misdemeanor and first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a class E felony. He is scheduled to appear in Volney Town Court June 20 at 7 p.m.
