On June 5, at approximately 8:16 p.m., State Police stopped a vehicle on I-87 for traffic violations. The driver of the vehicle, Nicholas E. Rotundo, 22, of Albany, was found to be in possession of approximately 119 grams of marijuana.
He was transported and processed at SP Albany where he was subsequently charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of marijuana, a class A misdemeanor.
Rotundo was released on an appearance ticket returnable Albany City Court June 13 at 9 a.m.
