(Lenox) On June 25 at approximately 7:59 p.m., State Police stopped a vehicle on I-90 in the town of Lenox for a traffic violation after being reported as an erratically operator. The driver of the vehicle, Preston K. Davis, 57, of Bloomfield, Conn., was found to be intoxicated.He was transported and processed at SP Syracuse, where his blood-alcohol content was determined to be 0.25 percent; he was subsequently charged with misdemeanor aggravated driving while intoxicated.
Davis was arraigned in Chittenango Village Court and released on his own recognizance to return to Lenox Town Court June 28 at 1 p.m.
