Barrel of FunMonday, July 11at 7 p.m.  – The Jester Jim Show hosted by Hamilton Public Library 
Fun for the whole family! Not your ordinary juggling show– kids and adults alike will be glued to his every sound as he performs his amazing beatbox intro. Weather permitting, we hope to host this program on the Village Green. This community event is made possible through support from the Hamilton Community Chest.

Tuesday, July 12, at 10:30 a.m. – Story Time
Story Time for babies, toddlers, and their caregivers is held in the children’s story room, led by Library Director Hilary Virgil .  Story Time for preschoolers will be held in the community room and led by guest reader Diane Harmon Needham. Story Time is held every Tuesday from mid-September through July, unless otherwise closed for a holiday or emergency.

Tuesday, July 12, at 3 p.m. – Yoga Fun @ the Library (Ages 5+)
Come stretch like a tree and roar like a lion! Children will be introduced to breathing, mindfulness, and meditation! This free class will be held in the Community room at the Library and taught by an expert yogi from The Zen Den.

Wednesday, July 13, at 3 p.m. – Pool Noodle Olympics (Ages 5+)
No need to travel to Rio for this unconventional version of the Summer Olympics. There is no swimming pool involved, but each event makes creative use of fun pool noodle floaties! Featured sporting events include Javelin Throw, Giant Ring Toss, Croquet, and more! Advance registration is required for our planning purposes. Please call or stop by the Library to sign-up.

Thursday, July 14, at 3 p.m. – Paper Magic Recycled Book Crafts (Ages 10+)
Transform the pages of discarded books into a hip new work of art! Advance registration is required for our planning purposes. Please call or stop by the Library to sign-up.

Kids ages 5 and up are invited to join us on Tuesday, July 12 th at 3pm for some Yoga Fun! Come stretch like a tree and roar like a lion!
