The Cazenovia Public Library will present two free screenings of Patriot’s Day (2016) at 3:15 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. Monday, April 17, 2017, in the Community Room. The film will be presented in commemoration of the 2013 Boston Marathon bombing and in celebration of the strength of the people of Boston.
The drama-thriller film—based on the on the book Boston Strong by Casey Sherman and Dave Wedge—documents the Boston Marathon bombing and the subsequent terrorist manhunt. Patriot’s Day stars Mark Wahlberg, J.K. Simmons, John Goodman, Kevin Bacon and Michelle Monaghan.
The film is rated R and runs 133 minutes. Free popcorn provided.
