The Colgate tennis teams traveled to Holy Cross for a pair of Saturday Patriot League matchups and netted identical 7-0 victories.

With the doubleheader sweep, head coach Bobby Pennington notched his 200th career coaching win at Colgate. Pennington has compiled 109 victories on the men’s side and 91 on the women’s.

“I am very humbled and grateful to reach 200 wins at Colgate,” Pennington said. “I have been blessed to work with so many great players and people along the way.

“I would also like to thank my parents and my wife Jenny for their unwavering support and my two kids Clifford and Mia, who serve as my motivation every day. Thanks to my supervisor Jamie Mitchell, assistant Bre Bachini and AD Vicky Chun for believing in me and helping me grow.  The best is yet to be.”
