Join us for a concert with the Silverwood Clarinet Choir featuring guest performer Marco Antonio Mazzini. Mazzini is currently director of Clariperu, the Peruvian Clarinet Orchestra, a member of the chamber music ensemble Nueva Lima Clásica and a music professor at the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú. He has performed internationally in nineteen countries and at venues including Carnegie Hall.

The concert will be held Sunday, July 30 at 1:00 pm at Oneida Community Mansion House, 170 Kenwood Ave, Oneida. Tickets are $10 and can be purchased at the door or in advance by calling the Oneida Community Mansion House at (315)363-0745. Proceeds support the Silverwood Clarinet Choir, and preservation and educational mission of the non-profit Oneida Community Mansion House.

The Silverwood Clarinet Choir was founded in 2006 and is an exciting professional clarinet group that encompasses all the voices of a true choir. The Oneida Community Mansion House (OCMH) was once home to the 19th century utopian Oneida Community (1848 – 1880). Today, the Mansion House is a National Historic Landmark and history museum chartered by the New York State Department of Education.

The House is open for visitors Monday through Saturday from 9:00 am until 5:00 pm, and Sunday from noon until 5:00 pm. Guided tours are provided Wednesday through Saturday at 10:00 am and 2:00 pm, and Sundayat 2:00 pm.
