State Police in Remsen arrested 37-year-old Curtis T. Henry of Remsen, for criminal obstruction of breathing, a class “A” misdemeanor.
During a domestic incident with a family member, it was alleged that Henry had physically put his hands around a family member’s neck and made it hard for them to breathe. Henry was arraigned in the Town of Remsen Court and is scheduled to appear in Remsen Town Court Aug. 16, 2017, at 6 pm.
