This Friday, Nov. 17, we will be having our Family Movie Night at 7 p.m. We provide the popcorn, you bring your own beverage. We are showing Cars 3. Bring the entire family in for this great movie.
Kiddies Korner, our preschool story hour is going strong! Bring your toddler or preschool child in Tuesday, Nov. 21, at 10 a.m. Help us have fun with the topic, “Let’s Give Thanks” and celebrate Thanksgiving. Stories, finger plays, a craft and more. If you can’t make that day, join us Tuesday, Nov. 28, for “Pop, Pop-POPCORN.” The complete list of topics is available at the circulation desk now.
On Wednesday, Nov. 22, we are having the Utica Zoomobile here at 1 p.m. The Utica Zoo will be bringing a few of their animals for us to see, learn about and touch. Bring the family in for a good time with these animals.
Plan ahead and mark your calendars now. Join us Wednesday, Dec. 6, for our Minute-to-Win-It Library Style game at 6:30 p.m. Ever seen Minute-to-Win-It on TV? Well come try out your hand and see if you can do some of the popular games. All are invited; young or old. It’s all about luck and how you do under pressure. We will play “bracket-style” until we get down to one winner. Winner will receive a 3-D Printing Pen Set (valued at $50). We hope to see you.
On Thursday, Nov. 16, the Library Trustees Board meet at 6:30 p.m. The public is welcome and encouraged to attend.
We will be closed Thursday, Nov. 23 through Saturday, Nov. 25, for the Thanksgiving holiday. We will reopen Monday, Nov. 27, at noon. We are open Monday, Wednesday and Friday noon to 8 p.m., Tuesday and Thursday 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Saturday 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
