Renee L. York, 51, of 313 N. George St., Rome, was charged with driving while intoxicated, driving with greater than .08 blood alcohol content and failure to obey a traffic control device.
Brandon M. Crouth, 31, of 123 N. Warner St., Oneida, was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the second degree. He was also arrested on a superior court bench warrant alleging that he failed to appear in court on a criminal mischief in the second degree charge. He was remanded to the Madison County Public safety building jail pending further court action.

Kyrie E. Wind, 30, of 315 Washington Ave., Oneida, was issued a criminal summons charging her with assault in the third degree.

Parish T, Gibson, 48, of 344 Washington Ave., Oneida, was charged with unlicensed operation and aggravated unlicensed operator of a motor vehicle in the third degree.
Matthew R. Platz, 36, of 5623 State Route 31, Verona, was charged with two (2) counts each of petit larceny, identity theft in the third degree and unlawful possession of personal identification in the third degree.
