Harmony In Nature is a series of musical programs that support the Great Swamp Conservancy’s environmental efforts.
The public is invited to enjoy the first series with the talented Opus Black String Quartet Jan. 27 at 1 p.m. The Quartet concert brings a powerhouse of contemporary music, pushing classical instruments to new levels. Enjoy the unbelievable tunes from the viola, violins and cello.
Pre-sale tickets are $7, children under 12 are free. Tickets may be purchased at the GSC office by calling 315-697-2950 or mail check to GSC, 8375 N. Main St., Canastota, N.Y. 13032, and tickets will be reserved.
At-the-door tickets are $10. Dessert items and coffee/tea/cocoa will be available for purchase. The next series will be March 24 at 2 p.m. with traveling folk guitarist/songwriter Davey O.
