- Martin O. Pope Jr., 28, of the Collins Correctional Facility, Collins, was charged with four counts of first-degree criminal contempt.

- John A. Durr, 22, of 372 Lenox Ave., Oneida, was charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property.
- George F. Mendoza, 60, of 4530 State Route 49, Rome, was charged with uninspected motor vehicle, unlicensed operator and second-degree aggravated unlicensed operator.
- Aaron B. Duncan, 44, of 402 W. Elm St., Oneida, was charged with no seatbelt, unlawful possession of marijuana and two counts of second-degree aggravated unlicensed operator.
- Austin M. Badgley, 20, of 5804 Germany Road, Verona, was charged with endangering the welfare of a child and unlawfully dealing with a child.
- Jessica L. Geary, 39, of 129 Phelps St., Oneida, was charged with endangering the welfare of a child and unlawfully dealing with a child.
Feb. 15, 2018
- Michael J. Burton, 30, of 216 Sherman St., Oneida, was arrested as a fugitive from justice from Missouri for an original charge in that state of unlawful use of a weapon. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and was ordered held pending extradition proceedings.
- Donna S. Maxfield, 45, of 327 Seneca St., Oneida, was issued a criminal summons for third-degree criminal trespass.
- Paul W. Baum, 48, of 1035 State Route 31, Bridgeport, was arrested on an arrest warrant charging him with second-degree criminal contempt. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and released on his own recognizance.

- Jeffrey M. Schiavette, 24, of 1412 N. Lake St., Oneida, was charged with third-degree burglary. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and released on his own recognizance.
