Fulton man arrested on additional sex abuse charges
On Feb. 27, 2018, State Police in Fulton arrested 36-year-old Daniel Pyne, Jr., for first-degree criminal sexual act and first-degree sexual abuse.
The charges stemmed from an ongoing investigation from an earlier arrest on June 9, 2017, for third-degree rape, endangering the welfare of a child, course of sexual conduct against a child and third-degree criminal sexual act.
Pyne is alleged to have oral sex and sexual contact with a person under 11 years old while he lived in the city of Fulton.
Pyne was arraigned in Fulton City Court and remanded back to Oswego County Jail on $5,000 cash bail or $10,000 bail bond. State police were assisted by Oswego County Child Protection Services.
