- Melissa E. Kotary, 34, of 246 Williams St., Oneida was issued criminal summons for petit larceny.

- Morgan W. Shlotzhauer, 36, of 146 Main St., Oneida, was charged with going the wrong way on a one-way street, uninspected, unlicensed operator, false inspection certificate and two counts of aggravated unlicensed operator in the 2nd degree.
- Roger A. Tucker, 55, of 2748 Johnson Road, Morrisville, was arrested on a bench warrant alleging that he failed to appear on an original charge of issuing a bad check. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and was remanded in lieu of $1,000 cash or bond.
March 2, 2018
- Nancy L. Eaton, 53, of 4342 Sweet Road, Pompey, was charged with grand larceny in the 3rd degree. She was arraigned in Canastota Village Court and released on her own recognizance.

- Joseph J. Damiano, 58, of 311 N. Lake St., Oneida was charged with obstructed view and operating with a suspended registration.
- Alexandra Miller, 26, of 6 Montgomery St., Parish, was charged following a motor vehicle accident with following too close, operating with more than .08 BAC, and driving while intoxicated.
- David L. Gallagher, 25, of 314 Grand St., Oneida, was charged with no stoplights, unlicensed operator and aggravated unlicensed operator in the 3 rd degree.
- Rodney L. Ineich, 43, of 5319 Bear Road, N. Syracuse, was arrested on an arrest warrant for petit larceny. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and was remanded in lieu of $350 cash or $1,000 bond.

- James D. Eckhard, 45, of 422 W. Elm St., Oneida, was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana.
- Tanner L. Mattice, 24, of 222 N. Main St., Oneida, was charged with criminal contempt in the 2nd degree.
- Kenneth E. Roberts, 51, of 301 Washington Ave., Oneida, was charged with operating without insurance, operating with a suspended registration and aggravated unlicensed operator in the 3rd degree.
- Genevieve F. Buell, 22, of 201 N. Peterboro St., Canastota, was charged with operating without headlights and aggravated unlicensed operator in the 3rd degree.

- Felicia S. Kaplan, 32, of 266 N. Main St., Oneida, was charged with criminal trespass in the 3rd degree.
