Colgate announces fall 2017 dean’s award with distinction recipients

HAMILTON — Students who receive a term grade point average of 3.6 or higher while completing at least three courses during the fall 2017 semester earn the Dean’s Award with Distinction.

  • Hannah Bailey, a member of the Colgate University Class of 2020, is a graduate of Chittenango High School, from Chittenango. Bailey’s current major is religion.
  • Yimei Lin, a member of the Colgate University Class of 2020, is a graduate of Fayetteville-Manlius HS, from Manlius. Lin’s current major is music.
  • Jonathan Abbott, a member of the Colgate University Class of 2019, from Manlius. Abbott’s current major is English.
  • Jacob Adams, a member of the Colgate University Class of 2018, from Manlius. Adams’s current major is economics.
  • Makenna Bridge, a member of the Colgate University Class of 2020, is a graduate of Madison Central School, from Madison. Bridge’s current major is environmental geology.
  • Eden Connor, a member of the Colgate University Class of 2018, is a graduate of Cazenovia High School, from Cazenovia. Connor’s current major is art & art history.
  • Benjamin Kelsey, a member of the Colgate University Class of 2018, is a graduate of Fayetteville-Manlius HS, from Manlius. Kelsey’s current major is French.
  • Samuel Stuttard, a member of the Colgate University Class of 2020, is a graduate of Waterville High School, from Oriskany Falls. Stuttard’s current major is art & art history.
  • Gabrielle Yates, a member of the Colgate University Class of 2019, is a graduate of Cazenovia High School, from Cazenovia. Yates’s current major is geography.
