  • Edgar Estrada, 38, 906 Mohawk St., Utica, was charged with inadequate headlights, unlicensed operator and aggravated unlicensed operator in the 2nd degree.

March 8, 2018

  • Karen E. Burgdoff, 35, 403 Washington Ave., Oneida, was charged with endangering the welfare of a child.

March 9, 2018

  • Jessica M. Jones, 31, 356 Washington Ave., Oneida, was charged with unlicensed operator and aggravated unlicensed operator in the 3rd degree.
  • Milton F. Lighthall, 48, 356 N. Lake St., Oneida was charged with petit larceny.

March 10, 2018

  • William O. Ducey III, 25, 474 Lincoln Ave., Oneida was charged with aggravated unlicensed operator in the 3rd degree.
  • Brandon W. Heffron, 18, 2051 Genesee St., Oneida, was charged with improper signal, improper license and aggravated unlicensed operator in the 3rd degree.
  • Peyton C. Currier, 18, 8873 Lake Rd., Canastota, was charged with possession of alcohol being less than 21, failed to display license plate, consumption of alcohol in a motor vehicle and obstructed view.
  • Ron W. Bartlett, 32, 4185 Highbridge Rd., Oneida was charged with illegal signal and aggravated unlicensed operator in the 2nd degree.
  • John C. Williams, 30, 6117 Rt. 31, Verona, was charged with inadequate plate lamp, uninspected motor vehicle, false inspection sticker, unlicensed operator and 2 counts of aggravated unlicensed operator in the 2nd degree.

March 11, 2018

  • Alan M. Brzuszkiewicz, 35, 1298 Kelley Rd., Oneida, was charged with inadequate exhaust, driving while intoxicated and driving with more than .08 BAC.
  • Adah C. Shenandoah, 29, 638 Fitch St., Oneida, was charged with disorderly conduct, 2 charges of harassment in the 2 nd degree, criminal mischief and resisting arrest. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and ordered held in lieu of bail.
  • Parish T. Gibson, 48, 316 Washington Ave, Oneida, was charged with criminal possession of stolen property in the 5th degree.

March 13, 2018

  • Christopher M. Barcomb, 32, 106 Cramer Ave., Oneida, was charged with endangering the welfare of a child and petit larceny.
