April 26, 2018

  • Emily A. Graziano, 22, of 301 N. Willow St., Oneida, was arrested on a superior court bench warrant charging her with violating the terms of probation on an original charge of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. She was taken to the Madison County Public Safety Building Jail to await court action.

April 27, 2018

  • Tessy L. Casler, 40, of 10758 Rt. 26, Ava, was charged with petit larceny.
  • Christopher J. Skinner, 31, of 6937 Green Road, Durhamville, was charged with inadequate exhaust, inadequate lights and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operator.
  • Steven A. Johnson, 34, of 314 N. Peterboro St., Canastota, was charged with consumption of alcohol in the motor vehicle and unlawful possession of marijuana.

April 28, 2018

  • Kayla R. Hewitt, 26, 11 Territory Road, Oneida, was charged with driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood alcohol content of greater than .08 percent.
  • Becky S. Holmes, 34, of 5179 Cole St., Munnsville, was charged with petit larceny and second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation.
  • Lindsay N. Kabot, 33, of 1111 Park Ave., Sylvan Beach, was charged with petit larceny.

April 30, 2018

  • Kayla M. Burgess, 23, of 515 Miller St., Oriskany, was arrested on an arrest warrant charging her with petit larceny. She was arraigned in Oneida City Court and held on $250 cash or $1,000 bond.

May 1, 2018

  • Chad M. Emmons, 29, of 197 Madison St., Oneida, was arrested on a bench warrant for failing to appear on original charges of fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property and petit larceny. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and released on his own recognizance.
  • Felicia S. Kaplan, 32, of 266 N. Main St., was arrested on two bench warrants, each alleging that she failed to appear on original charges of petit larceny and a third bench warrant alleging that she failed to appear on original charges of trespass and criminal trespass. She was arraigned in Oneida City Court and released after posting bail.

May 2, 2018

  • Joel M. Emerson, 25, no permanent address, was charged with second-degree criminal trespass. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and was remanded in lieu of $1,000 cash or bond.
  • Hunter H. Whipple, 22, no permanent address, was charged with disorderly conduct, trespass and criminal tampering. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and remanded in lieu of $500 cash or $1,000 bond.
  • Tamal S. Corbett, 42, of 2007 Genesee St., Oneida, was charged with third-degree criminal trespass.
  • Zachary S. Lopitz, 19, of 4943 Forest Ave., Oneida, was charged with second-degree criminal contempt.
  • Carlos M. Maes, 38, 2007 Genesee St., Oneida, was arrested on a superior court bench warrant alleging that he failed to appear on an original charge of third-degree burglary. He was arraigned in Madison County Court and was released on his own recognizance.
