United Mine Workers of America unanimously endorses Tenney
United Mine Workers of America voted unanimously to endorse Claudia Tenney’ re-election to Congress in New York’s 22nd Congressional District.
“I am honored to be endorsed by United Mine Workers of America,” Tenney said. “This union represents thousands of hardworking men and women across the country, including employees at Remington Arms in Ilion. Remington Arms is a staple in our community, and I will continue to stand with their dedicated employees.”
UMWA Local 717, a local chapter of UMWA that represents employees at Remington Arms, announced its endorsement of Tenney last month. Tenney also is endorsed by the Conservative and Reform parties of New York and Republican committees and chairmen across all eight counties of the 22nd Congressional District.
