May 4, 2018

  • Joseph D. Dote III, 29, of 8910 Meadows Road, Taberg, was charged with unlicensed operator, false personation, and aggravated unlicensed operator in the first degree. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and was remanded in lieu of $250 cash or $500 bond. Upon his arrival at the Madison County Public Safety Building jail, he was found to be in possession of a controlled substance. He was then charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree and introduction of contraband into prison in the second degree.
  • Adrian R. Taylor, 40, of 480 Upper Falls Blvd., Rochester, was arrested on an arrest warrant charging her with grand larceny in the third degree. She was arraigned in Oneida City Court and released back to DOCCS.
  • A 17-year-old female was charged with petit larceny.
  • Robert E. Widger, 44, of 111 Williams St., Oneida, was charged with endangering the welfare of a child and unlawful possession of marijuana.

May 5, 2018

  • Jessica M. Watson, 40, of 102 West St., Oneida, was charged with unlicensed operator and aggravated unlicensed operator in the third degree.
  • Jeffrey T. Coonrod, 26, of 352 Lenox Ave., Oneida was charged with criminal contempt in the second degree. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and was remanded in lieu of $250 cash or $1,000 bond.

May 6, 2018

  • Joseph R. Clark, 52, of 335 Stone St., Oneida, was charged with two counts of criminal mischief in the fourth degree and burglary in the second degree. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and was remanded in lieu of $1,000 cash or $2,000 bond.

May 7, 2018

  • A 17-year-old male was charged with sexual misconduct.

May 8, 2018

  • Nicole N. Laufer, 38, of 1872 St. Rt. 31, Chittenango, was charged with inadequate headlights, unlicensed operator and aggravated unlicensed operator in the third degree.
  • Christopher M. Derosa, 31, of 431 Sayles St., Oneida, was charged with petit larceny.

May 9, 2018

  • Teaija L. Gaut, 36, of 3786 Prospect St., Oneida, was charged with aggravated unlicensed operator in the third degree.
  • Alex S. West, 22, of 3310 Simmons Road, Vernon Center, was arrested on a bench warrant alleging that he failed to appear on an original charge of petit larceny. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court where he entered a plea.
  • James C. Fuller, 34, of 2 Tebbutt Road, Rainbow Lake, was arrested on an arrest warrant for being a fugitive from justice. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and was remanded in lieu of $1,500 cash or bond.

May 10, 2018

  • Melissa E. Kotary, 34, of 246 Williams St., Oneida, was arrested on a Superior Court bench warrant alleging that she failed to appear on original charges of petit larceny and burglary in the second degree. She was arraigned in Madison County Court and was remanded on $1,000 cash bail or bond.
  • Amanda J. Trainham, 32, of 174 Pinehaven Circle, Blossvale, was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree.

May 11, 2018

  • John J. Whaley, 42, of 215 Genesee St., Oneida, was charged with criminal possession of precursors to meth, meth manufacturing in the second degree, meth manufacturing in the third degree, criminal possession of meth manufacturing materials in the second degree, criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree and possession of a hypodermic instrument. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and was remanded without bail.

May 12, 2018

  • Joshua A. Dixon, 27, of 7850 Areopagitica Ave., Bridgeport, was charged with failure to obey a traffic control device, aggravated unlicensed operator in the third degree, operating with more than .08 percent blood alcohol content and driving while intoxicated.

May 14, 2018

  • Following an investigation at the intersection of State Route 46 and Union Street, Wayne N. Morris, 55, of 1461 Union St., Oneida, was charged with failure to yield the right-of-way, refusing a breath screening device, operating with more than .08 percent blood alcohol content and driving while intoxicated.
  • Lucas H. Joslyn, 27, of 220 Sherman St., Oneida was charged with inadequate stop lights, unlicensed operator and aggravated unlicensed operator in the third degree.
