Teacher charged with sending inappropriate Facebook message to student
State Police arrested Joseph R. Pappa, 48, of Oswego, for Endangering the Welfare of a Child, a class A misdemeanor.
Pappa, a school teacher at Altmar-Parish-Williamstown School District, is accused of sending an inappropriate Facebook message to a 16-year-old female student. He was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in Parish Town Court at 5 p.m. June 26, 2018.
