  • Steven A. Mariano Sr., 51, of 2181 Peterboro Road, Morrisville, was charged with petit larceny.

July 6, 2018

  • Joel M. Emerson, 26, of 138 N. Court St., Wampsville, was arrested on an arrest warrant charging him with assault in the second degree. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and remanded to the custody of the sheriff.
  • Bradley M. Wilson, 38, of 220 N. Main St., Oneida, was arrested on a bench warrant alleging that he failed to pay a fine and surcharges on original charges of insufficient lights and aggravated unlicensed operator in the third degree. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and released after paying $288 in fines.

July 8, 2018

  • Robert J. Harney, 27, of 77 Campbell Ave., Yorkville, was charged with operating with insufficient lights, driving while intoxicated, operating with more than .08 BAC and aggravated driving while intoxicated.
  • Lindy L. Lamb, 42, of 223 N. Broad St., Oneida, was charged with inadequate lights, unlicensed operator and aggravated unlicensed operator in the third degree.
  • Randi L. Thornton, 50, of 606 Stone St., Oneida, was charged with inadequate lights, unlicensed operator and aggravated unlicensed operator in the third degree.
  • A 15-year-old Oneida youth was issued an appearance ticket to appear in Oneida Youth Court regarding a petit larceny charge.
  • Christie E. Bentzoni, 43, of 402 Stone St., Oneida, was charged with illegal signal, unlicensed operator and aggravated unlicensed operator in the third degree.
  • James L. Collins, 22, of 334 Stone St., Oneida was charged with uninspected and aggravated unlicensed operator in the third degree.

July 9, 2018

  • Marcus A. Valerino, 27, of 4010 Split Rock Road, Camillus, was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the 7 th degree. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and remanded in lieu of $500 cash or $1,000 bond.
  • Colleen M. Collins, 37, of 117 Noble Ave., Syracuse, was charged with 3 counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the 7 th degree and criminal impersonation. She was arraigned in Oneida City Court and was remanded in lieu of $1000 cash or $2000 bond.
  • A 17- year-old male was charged with petit larceny.
  • A 15-year-old male was issued an appearance ticket for youth court for a disorderly conduct charge.
  • Natasha L. Curtis, 25, of 580 Main St., Oneida was arrested on a bench warrant alleging that she failed to appear on an original charge of petit larceny. She was arraigned in Oneida City Court and released on her own recognizance.
  • Stephen L. Eaton, 57, of 217 N. Main St., Oneida was arrested on a bench warrant alleging that he failed to appear on an original charge of aggravated unlicensed operator in the third degree. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and released on his own recognizance.

July 10, 2018

  • Brandon C. Bumpus, 23, of 5206 Isbell Lane, W. Eaton, NY was charged with unlawful dealing with a child.
  • Alexander C. Close, 19, of 225 Farrier Ave., Oneida was charged with possession of alcohol less than 21 and possession of alcohol in a public place.
  • Ray J. Kolhepp, 50, no permanent address, was charged with attempted petit larceny.

July 12, 2018

  • Joslynn L. Mason, 20, of 212 W. Elm St., Oneida, was issued a criminal summons for harassment in the second degree.
