- Natalio J. McCormick, 23, of 309 N. Lake St., Oneida, was issued a criminal summons for petit larceny.
- Robert Beebe, 44, 37 3fourth St., Constantia, was charged with speeding, unlicensed operator and aggravated unlicensed operator in the second degree.
Aug. 10, 2018
- Robert W. Holmes III, 39, of 118 Madison St., Oneida was charged with criminal mischief in the fourth degree and criminal trespass in the second degree. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and remanded in lieu of $500 cash or $1,000 bond.
Aug. 11, 2018
- Charles R. Frank, 40, of 7996 Robinson Hill Road, Madison, was charged with operating with a suspended registration, uninspected motor vehicle and false insurance certificate.
- Rodney L. Ineich, 44, of 5319 Bear Road, North Syracuse, was arrested on a bench warrant alleging that he failed to report and comply with intermittent incarceration rules. The original charge was petit larceny. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and released on his own recognizance.

- Katrina D. Allen, 23, of 219 W. Elm St., Oneida, was charged with assault in the second degree. She was arraigned in Oneida City Court and was remanded in lieu of $2,500 cash or $5,000 bond.

- Richard A. Northrup, 48, of 111 Barlow St., Canastota, was charged with criminal contempt in the second degree.
- Joseph R. Clark, 30, of 4129 Arquaint Road, Vernon Center, was charged with avoiding a traffic control device and aggravated unlicensed operator in the third degree.

- Danny W. Britton Jr., 32, of 220 Sherman St., Oneida, was charged with endangering the welfare of a child, harassment in the second degree, burglary in the second degree and criminal mischief in the fourth degree. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and was released on his own recognizance.
- Austin J. Wilson, 21, of 110 Furnace Ave., Oneida, was charged with unlawful possession of fireworks.
- James B. Cornish, no permanent address, was charged with trespass.
- Billy Jo L. Collins, 25, no permanent address, was charged with trespass.
