Sept. 6, 2018

  • Sarena M. Walsh, 33, 146 Sherman St., Oneida, was charged with unlicensed operator, inadequate headlights, operating with more than .08 BAC and driving while intoxicated as a felony.
  • Jerome C. Cooper, 52, 262 Williams St., Oneida, was charged with aggravated unlicensed operator in the 2nd degree.
  • Michelle M. Lamb, 25, 104 N. Main St., Oneida, was charged with disorderly conduct.

Sept. 7, 2018

  • Joshua M. Adamo, 32, 408 N. Washington St., Rome, was arrested on a bench warrant alleging that he failed to pay a fine on an original charge of aggravated unlicensed operator in the 2nd degree. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and released after paying a fine.

Sept. 8, 2018

  • Brandy M. Howlett, 33, 205 Lexington Ave., Oneida, was charged with aggravated unlicensed operator in the 3rd degree.
  • Randy J. Kenyon, 33, 3648 North St., Madison, was charged with inadequate stop lamps and aggravated unlicensed operator in the 3rd degree.
  • Emily A. Graziano, 22, 301 N. Willow St., Oneida was charged with failure to keep right, aggravated unlicensed operator in the 3rd degree and operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs.

Sept. 9, 2018

  • Johnny W. Stanley, 50, 406 Lenox Ave., Oneida was charged with petit larceny.

Sept. 11, 2018

  • Larry D. Robinson, 57, 1015 Smith Place, Utica, was charged with failure to obey a traffic control device, uninsured motor vehicle and operating with a suspended registration.
  • Joshua R. Sobieraj, 24, 119 Stone St. was charged with speed and aggravated unlicensed operator in the 3rd degree.

Sept. 12, 2018

  • Gregory K. Williams, 29, 2007 Genesee St., Oneida, was charged with arson in the 5th degree.
  • David A. Lolik, 48, 221 Farrier Ave., Oneida was charged with disorderly conduct.

Sept. 13, 2018

  • Michelle M. Lamb, 25, 104 N. Main St., Oneida, was charged with (4) counts of harassment in the 2nd degree, endangering the welfare of a child, disorderly conduct, criminal obstruction of breathing and resisting arrest. She was arraigned in Oneida City Court and remanded in lieu of $500 cash or $1000 bond.
  • Kenneth P. Lukacz, 28, 450 Williams St., Oneida, was charged with assault in the 3rd degree and endangering the welfare of a child. He was released on an appearance ticket to appear in Oneida City Court at a later date. This arrest was the result of a joint investigation between the Oneida Police Department and the Madison County Child Advocacy Center.
