Community Bank promotes Matters to branch manager
Community Bank N.A. is pleased to announce the promotion of Wendy Matters to branch manager of its Oneida 585 Main St. location.
In her new role, Matters will oversee the daily operations of the office, ensuring every customer receives the highest level of service. She will manage the effective delivery of the branch’s sales and service activities to ensure operational efficiency and integrity through adherence to policies and procedures.

Regional Manager Paul Lepore said. “Wendy has been serving the Oneida community for many years, giving her a deep understanding of the needs of our community. Matters has more than 10 years of experience in the banking industry and has been with Community Bank N.A. since 2015, when the bank acquired Oneida Savings Bank. Throughout her career, she has held various roles, including teller, senior teller and branch assistant. She joins the Oneida 585 Main St. branch from Community Bank N.A.’s Cazenovia location.
Matters resides in Canastota with her husband, Dave.
