Syracuse man charged with violating an order of protection
State police charged Chad M. Chapman, 33, of Syracuse, on a charge of first-degree criminal contempt, a class E felony; and second-degree harassment, a violation, following a domestic incident that occurred Sunday, Sept. 16, 2018, in the Village Green Community parking lot.
Chapman is accused of violating an Oswego County Family Court Order of Protection during a altercation with the protected party. He is currently being held at the Onondaga County Justice Center on $2,500 cash bail.
