Sept. 28, 2018

  • Deborah Smoyer, 63, 5343 Foster St., Durhamville, was charged with petit larceny.
  • Tanner L. Mattice, 24, 221 Lenox Ave., Oneida, was issued a criminal summons charging him with menacing in the 2nd degree.

Sept. 29, 2018

  • Michelle L. Kelly, 31, 63 Martin Ct., Taberg, was charged with unlicensed operator, no/inadequate lights and aggravated unlicensed operator in the 3rd degree.
  • BillyJo L. Collins, 25, 146 Main St., Oneida, was issued a criminal summons charging her with harassment in the 2nd degree.

Sept. 30, 2018

  • James R. Foster, 31, 225 Seneca St., Chittenango, was charged with no headlights, refusal to take a breath screening test and driving while intoxicated.
  • Cletus N. Halpin, 52, 6912 Higginsville Road, Durhamville, was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the 7th degree.

Oct. 1, 2018

  • Erin E. Chesebro, 37, 209 N. Lake St., Oneida, was charged with petit larceny and criminal possession of stolen property in the 4th de degree.

Oct. 2, 2018

  • Members of the Oneida Police Department effected a search warrant at 508 Elizabeth St. and arrested the following subjects:
  • Marsha A. Jewell, 49, 508 Elizabeth St., Oneida, was charged with criminal possession of meth manufacturing materials in the 2nd degree and conspiracy in the 5th degree. She was arraigned in Oneida City Court and remanded in lieu of $1,000 cash or $2,000 bond.
  • David M. Randel, 39, 508 Elizabeth St., Oneida, was charged with criminal possession of meth manufacturing material in the 2nd degree, criminal possession of precursors to meth, manufacture of meth in the 3rd degree, unlawful disposal of meth lab material and conspiracy in the 5th degree. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and remanded in lieu of $5000 cash or $10000 bond.
  • Bernard M. Winn, 51, 508 Elizabeth St., Oneida, was charged with criminal possession of meth manufacturing material in the 2nd degree and conspiracy in the 5th degree. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and remanded in lieu of $1,000 cash or $2,000 bond.
  • The Oneida Police Department was assisted by the Madison County Sheriff’s Department and the New York State Police CSERT team.

Oct. 3, 2018

  • Michael C. Rich, 30, 437 Sayles St., Oneida, was issued a criminal summons for harassment in the 2nd degree.

Oct. 4, 2018

  • Wayne N. Morris, 55, 1461 Union St., Oneida, was charged following a motor vehicle accident with aggravated unlicensed operator in the 1st degree, following too close, unsafe passing, leaving the scene of a property damage motor vehicle accident, refusal to take a breath screening device, driving while intoxicated and aggravated driving while intoxicated (.18 blood alcohol content or higher).
  • Krystal M. Wooden, 33, 7412 Sandy Hatch Road, Chittenango, was charged with criminal trespass in the 3rd degree and criminal mischief in the 4th degree.

Oct. 5, 2018

  • Aaron J. Rogowski, 27, 5582 Station St., Verona, was charged with no/illegal signal, unlawful possession of marihuana, driving while intoxicated and driving with .08 or more BAC.
