Adulting 101-Basic Budgeting and Money Management: Every month we will host an Adulting class for patrons ages 15-25 (though all ages over 15 are welcome.) There are many things we may not know how to do and together we can learn. This month CORE Federal Credit Union is hosting our class on Wednesday November 7 at 6:30pm.

Experts estimate that most American consumers waste 20% to 30% of their money because of poor spending habits and poor planning. A useful budget can be a financial “blueprint” to help you manage your money each month, put you in control of your finances, and help you to plan for future success. The class will help those attending to build a workable budget, set realistic financial goals for your individual situation, and touch on the responsible use of credit so that you can be more in control of your spending and finances. There is no cost to attend the class and, as an added incentive, CORE Federal Credit Union will be giving away a $25 Visa gift card to someone in attendance.
