Nov. 9, 2018

  • David C. Howard Jr., 39, of 329 Williams St., Oneida, was charged with first-degree criminal contempt. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and remanded in lieu of $750 cash or $1,500 bond.
  • Joseph M. Laflair, 36, of 128 3rd St., Rome, was arrested on an arrest warrant charging him with third-degree burglary and petit larceny. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and released on his own recognizance.
  • Parish T. Gibson, 49, of 344 Washington Ave., Oneida, was charged with petit larceny.

Nov. 11, 2018

  • Brandon M. Crouth, 32, of 301 Roberts St., Canastota, was charged with speeding, unlicensed operator and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operator.

Nov. 12, 2018

  • Daniel T. Butt, 30, of 175 Madison St., Oneida, was charged with inadequate exhaust, unlicensed operator, no interlock device when required and second-degree aggravated unlicensed operator.

Nov. 13, 2018

  • Samuel R. Domena, 39, of 7077 S. Court St., Canastota, was charged with inadequate stop lamps, unlicensed operator and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operator.

Nov. 14, 2018

  • Zachary M. Gruber, 20, of 151 Glen Road S., Rome, was charged with failure to keep right and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operator.

Nov. 15, 2018

  • Joshua A. Campany, 23, no permanent address, was charged with second-degree criminal contempt and resisting arrest. He was also arrested on an arrest warrant charging him with second-degree criminal contempt and fourth-degree criminal mischief. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and was remanded in lieu of bail.
