State police seek public’s assistance with missing person investigation
State Police in Fulton is searching for Kevin C. Ford, age 26, from Hannibal. Ford was reported missing by family members Nov. 19, 2018, when he didn’t show up at work.
Ford is 5 feet 11 inches tall, 145 lbs, with brown hair and blue eyes. He was last seen at 1:30 p.m. leaving the Community Bank in the village of Hannibal in his 2010 Chevrolet Malibu, four-door sedan, color gray bearing NY registration DRS-2949.
Ford was wearing blue jeans, a hooded sweatshirt, and a tan jacket.
